Lock 91 Manchester Wedding Photography

Here’s a throwback to Beth and Martin’s beautiful alternative Lock 91 Manchester wedding which is soon to be featured on the awesome Rock and Roll Bride. I can’t believe I haven’t blogged this wedding yet but better late than never, my bad!

Where do I even start with this wedding. Beth and Martin proved that you don’t need to spend an absolute fortune on a wedding and still have a blast as well as it all looking freaking amazing. They spent their money wisely which included photography of course and Beth’s super stylish Manolo Blahnik shoes. You know the ones that Carrie has in Sex and the City and the ones I need in my wardrobe?! Yes those ones.

Unfortunately there were quite a few things that didn’t quite go to plan on this gorgeous September day but these guys just took it all in their stride… Despite the driver of their red vintage wheels getting REALLY lost on the way to take Beth to the church and therefore super late for the ceremony, that Beth’s stunning and delicate original vintage wedding dress ripped straight after the ceremony resulting in a search for needle and thread (I even knocked on a few doors) to get it mended and then the same vintage red car breaking down just as they were entering Manchester’s busy Deansgate resulting in them having to be picked up by family. Yes all of this and Beth and Martin were still smiling and then went and nailed their couple session with me! Hats off to you both guys, you were awesome.

Oh and check out the jaw dropping-ly ace skull wedding cake! Just wow!
