Carr Hall Castle Wedding Photography – Neil and Russell

I’m so excited to share this beautiful same sex wedding of these two gorgeous boys, Neil and Russell. It’s been sat in the catch up pile for a while but hopefully it was worth the wait. I am always honoured to capture weddings of so many people I get to know and become mates with and so this one was already going to be a pretty special one given I used to work with Neil back when I had a proper job! I used to have a great laugh with Neil when we worked together so I knew the day was going to be super fun and special… and it didn’t disappoint.

The Loveshoot

I met up with Neil and Russell (who are both gorgeous and a great laugh by the way) not long before the wedding for a little Loveshoot in Alderley Edge. It was great to hear all about their plans for the big day and actually just to have a wander around, trying to avoid the nettle stings and taking some pretty pictures. Neil and Russell’s wedding day was beautiful. Not just because of the gorgeous venue of Carr Hall Castle in Yorkshire or the beautifully crafted stationary or the autumnal gardening themed table plans or that I was sat on a table with a bunch of their really fun friends but because there was so much love and emotion filling the air. You can tell just how much these two love each other and how important their friends and family are to them.
